BFT Software Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the users and BFT (Brutal Forensic Tool). Any access to, purchase of, installation of, or use of BFT in any form shall be deemed as full, informed, and unconditional acceptance of all terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the software.

Definition and Scope of Use
BFT is a specialized software tool in the field of digital analysis, forensic investigation, information security, and data examination, designed exclusively for lawful, official, educational, research, and authorized security purposes.

Any use of BFT outside this scope, including but not limited to:
  • Unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Violation of the privacy of individuals or legal entities
  • Criminal, malicious, or activities contrary to cyber laws

is strictly prohibited, and full responsibility shall rest solely with the user.
Full and Absolute User Responsibility
  • All activities performed under their user account are entirely their personal responsibility.
  • The user must ensure, prior to use, that their activities are lawful within the applicable jurisdiction.
  • The BFT team bears no obligation to provide preventive supervision over user actions.
Security, System Monitoring, and Access Restrictions
In order to maintain the security, integrity, and stability of the BFT system and to protect legitimate users, BFT reserves the right to:
  • Monitor and analyze user activities through systematic, intelligent, and continuous processes.
  • Apply restrictive measures without prior notice in the event of detecting any suspicious, abnormal, high-risk, or unlawful behavior.

Such measures may include, but are not limited to:
  • Temporary suspension of the user account
  • Limitation of access to part or all of the services
  • Permanent account suspension (Ban)

User access may remain restricted for an unlimited period until full identity verification is completed, activities are thoroughly reviewed, and the legality of such activities is confirmed.
Identity Verification and Legal Review
Where deemed necessary, BFT reserves the right to:
  • Request the submission of identity information, technical details, or legal documentation from the user.
  • Require full cooperation from the user as a prerequisite for lifting any access restrictions.

Failure to provide the requested information, or providing incomplete or misleading information, shall be considered implicit confirmation of a violation and may result in permanent account suspension.
Disclaimer
  • Assume no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
  • Shall not be held responsible for any legal, criminal, or financial consequences resulting from improper or unlawful use by the user.
  • Provide no guarantee regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or full compatibility with all operating systems.
Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate Services
BFT reserves the absolute right, at any time, to:
  • Amend, supplement, or update these terms and conditions.
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend part or all of the services.
  • Restrict or terminate any user’s access without obligation to provide justification.

Continued use of the software after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination of Access
In the event of a breach of any provision of this agreement, BFT reserves the right to:
  • Terminate the user account without prior notice.
  • Permanently revoke user access.
  • Retain or disclose information related to violations, where required, in accordance with applicable laws.
